Product Overview
The Delta Robot Intelligent Sorting Training Platform is an integrated educational system for learning high-speed robotic pick-and-place, machine vision, conveyor coordination, PLC control and automated material classification.
Built around a four-axis parallel (Delta) robot, the enclosed workstation combines infeed and outfeed conveyors, a pneumatic magazine feeder, vacuum gripping tooling, industrial vision inspection and a control system. It supports practical exercises in automated sorting, vision-based recognition, robot positioning, system communication and process sequencing.
Designed for vocational education, mechatronics laboratories and industrial automation training, the platform demonstrates how sensing, robotics and material handling operate together in a compact production cell.

Four-Axis Delta Robot
High-speed parallel robot with a 3 kg maximum payload, 1,000 mm motion range and ±0.10 mm repeatability for pick-and-place training.
Machine Vision Inspection
Industrial camera and illumination system for detecting workpiece color, dimensions and markings, with calibration and template-matching exercises.
Infeed Conveyor

Four-axis parallel robot mounted inside a painted steel training frame with acrylic protective panels. The documented frame size is approximately 1250 × 1250 × 1900 mm.
Infeed & Outfeed Conveyors
Separate belt conveyors for presenting workpieces and removing classified items. Both use adjustable speed controls and robot I/O coordination.
Pneumatic Magazine Feeder
Vertical magazine with guided cylinder, solenoid valve, sensors and adjustable flow controls to feed parts automatically.
Industrial Vision Workstation
Camera, lens, illumination and processing software support color, size and marking detection, four-point calibration and template matching.
Vacuum Gripper
Suction cups, vacuum generator, solenoid valve and vacuum pressure switch provide a documented 0.5 kg suction-handling capacity.
